Our corporate office is located in North Georgia and provides start to finish customer support. The inside sales team can help you with quotations, product knowledge and order processing. We strive to offer friendly professional service for all of our manufacturers, distributors and end users.
Phil Peppers, President
Phil has been a Manufacturer’s Representative since 1989. He has worked in the telecommunications industry throughout the southeastern states for over 19 years. He has a main focus with R-BOC, DOT, and OSP projects. Phil has worked with the manufacturers on product development for new technology. He is a resident of North Ga. where he resides with his family.
Elyse Wall-Greeson, Controller
Elyse began her association with ProCom Sales in 2007. She brings more than thirty years’ accounting experience to ProCom Sales. Having owned a local accounting & tax practice for twenty-five years, she was exposed to many business situations. She has been an integral part of ProCom’s business growth and direction. She attended Berry College and attained a BBA-Accounting degree from Kennesaw State University. She is a native Georgian and resides in Woodstock with her two fur girls. She has been involved in various capacities with the Midday-Woodstock Optimist Club since its inception in 1989. She has four grandchildren — two in college and two in a local high school.
Courtney Bicknell, VP of Vendor Support & Inside Sales
Courtney is a recent welcome addition to the ProCom family. She has been focused on customer satisfaction all through her career and brings eight years’ experience in the fiber optics industry. Expanding her career with ProCom Sales is very exciting to her as well as the Procom Sales team. Courtney resides in Roswell, GA with her husband and two sons. Her free time is filled with her sons’ football games and baseball tournaments.
Pamela Wheeler, Marketing and Event Manager
Pamela has over 15 years of experience as a business owner in both retail, and construction and over 20 years in all aspects of customer service. She served as the Executive Assistant to the Chief of Security at a large metropolitan smart growth development, supervised 50 employees, and served as liaison between location and corporate for the HR, Finance, and Licensing departments. Pamela handles account management, event planning, assisting the President of the company, and inside sales for ProCom.
The ProCom Outside Sales team consists of seven salesmen that are located inside their sales territory. We are able to offer assistance with project planning and product knowledge to help you get your job done quickly and efficiently. Having our salesmen located throughout the 9 southeastern states allows us to be there when you need us most.
Douglas King, Executive Vice President
Doug has thirty years experience in the Telecommunications industry. Doug started his career as a splicer for outside plant construction for a large contracting firm in Florida, working his way up to Splicing Manager and eventually Operations Manager. Doug has worked for several companies since 2000 as an Operations and Regional Operations Manager. Doug started his career as a Manufacturer’s Representative in 2007 and brings with him hands on experience with the products he represents. Doug resides in his native state of Florida.
Kevin Bernard, Vice President – Western Region
Kevin has been in the telecommunication industry for over 10 years. He has been employed with ProCom Sales since 2006. Prior to his employment as a Manufacturers Representative he worked in purchasing, disbursement and inventory for an independent telecom provider. Kevin currently resides in Alabama with his family.
Mike Ricciardi, Outside Sales
More than thirty years of effective sales, product management, and marketing of Fiber Cable and Fiber related product for the Outside Plant, FTTx, Customer Premise and Wireless applications. Mike graduated with an Engineering Operations Degree and a MBA in Marketing. Received his Certification in RF Engineering Technology-CIBET Training. Has served on numerous industry Boards of Directors. Mike resides with his family in Rock Hill, SC.
Ben Guerra, Outside Sales
Ben, though new to the telecommunications industry, brings years of business-to-business sales experience to the Procom team. Prior to entering the outside salesforce, he earned valuable knowledge in advertising, marketing, IT and customer service, which he has applied to his developing career. Ben proudly resides in his native Louisiana, where he cheers and supports his favorite local sports teams.
Al Myers, Outside Sales
Al has been in the telecommunications industry for more than thirty years. He has been associated with ProCom Sales since the fall of 2014. His background includes twenty-seven years as a Distributor representative and three years as a Manufacturer’s representative. Al served honorably in the U.S. Air Force.
Eric Von Seelen, Outside Sales
Eric has over 27 years experience in the Telecommunications industry. Eric started his career as a technician in outside plant construction for Southern Bell in Florida. Throughout his career at BellSouth/AT&T, Eric has held various technical and management positions including; Network Manager; Specialist-Construction & Engineering Staff; and eventually Area Manager, Construction & Engineering. Eric served as a member and SME on the BellSouth OSP Advisory Board, selecting product approval, in addition to writing M&P’s, and Regional Letters. Eric has been with ProCom Sales since 2010 and brings with him hands on experience with the products he represents. Eric has (2) children and resides with his family in his native state of Florida.
